With a Simplygreen novated lease we give you the freedom to pay your expenses the way you want. You have the option to have us handle your expenses on your behalf, or you can personally cover your costs and then conveniently request reimbursement using our straightforward Expense Claim Form.

With the Simplygreen Fuel & Maintenance Card, you have the liberty to travel across Australia with ease. Our card is widely accepted at major fuel stations such as Ampol, Coles Express, Puma, 7-Eleven, BP, EG Fuelco, Mobil, Kwik Fuels, and Liberty.

Additionally, your Motorpass card can be used at various service providers to cover expenses for servicing, tires, carwash services, and windscreen repairs.

Insurance

When you opt for a novated lease through Simplygreen, we offer comprehensive vehicle insurance underwritten by Allianz Motor Vehicle Lease Insurance. Paid directly out of your lease account, with no out of pocket expense to yourself, and renewed each year on your behalf.

If you decide to select your own comprehensive insurance provider, you have the option to either pay the premium upfront and request reimbursement from your lease account, or alternatively, Simplygreen may be able to cover the cost directly from your lease account.

Registration

Having your registration paid directly from your lease account is as simple as sending us a copy of your registration renewal notice through our expense claim form. This needs to be completed at least 10 business days prior to the due date. Alternatively, you can pay the cost directly to your local road authority, submit the claim form and receive a reimbursement directly into your bank account for the cost.

1. If you choose your own repairer, we may need a second quote from another repairer chosen by us just to make sure the quote you’ve received is reasonable. We may then authorise repairs, pay you reasonable repair costs or the car’s agreed value or replace your new car where policy conditions are met.

2. If your vehicle is a total loss, you purchased it new or as a demo and it’s less than 2 years old from its first registration and subject to financier approval (if applicable), we will replace it with a new vehicle of the same make, model, engine size, features and paint type including any modifications, options and accessories, so long as it is available in Australia.
